SERVICES PROVIDED BY FACTORING:
- Receivable Management: The
Factor assumes the risk of non-payment
by the buyers and warranties the
seller’s receivable arising from
credited sales with due date. The
most important aim in the receivable
management is to eliminate the risk
of the buyer by minimizing the
burden on the seller.
- Collection Method: The Factor
performs collections of all
receivables that are assumed or not
assumed by the Factor. Within the
framework of this method, the seller
performs collection activities by
means of the Factor thus saves its
time and personnel spared for such
activities.
- Cash Method: The Seller can use
a certain proportion of its credited
receivables assigned to the Factor
in cash at once.
